CHRISTY GIRARD
She is a Shillington native who ventured over into the peaceful landscape of Lancaster County and now resides in Adamstown, PA. Jewelry making is a new creative adventure for Christy. Surprisingly this adventure started with Pinterest where Christy’s creativity was enlivened and blossomed with the skillful teachings of Barb, Vonnie and Margie, at the Lancaster Bead Company. With the boost of confidence that Barb, Vonnie, and Margie gave Christy, she believed in her talents and decided to sell her jewelry line.
Christy's jewelry line, called ADORE, debuted at a Shillington store in February, 2012. Now, Christy is delighted share her jewelry with the customers of the Lancaster Bead Company. What a better place than the store that gave her the confidence to believe in herself.
Christy loves working with beautiful pearls and soft ribbons. Her creations are elegant and unique. She believes woman’s beauty should be enhanced by her jewelry.
